Day 1:
Start your 4-day tour around Puglia with a meeting at the hotel for check-in. After settling in, we will depart for Alberobello, where we will meet our local guide. The visit to this enchanted town, famous for its trulli and fairy-tale atmosphere, will leave you breathless. You will have free time for lunch. Afterward, we will move to Locorotondo for a guided tour of its charming historic center. We will conclude the day with a visit to a local winery near Locorotondo, where you can taste local wines, produced directly from the vineyard just visited. This is the best way to feel like true Pugliesi and appreciate local products. Return to the hotel for overnight stay.
Day 2:
Our 4-day tour of Puglia will continue, after a hearty breakfast at the hotel, to Castellana Grotte. Here we will visit the spectacular Castellana Caves, an excursion that will take you to the most beautiful underground cavities of karst origin in Italy. After a free lunch, we will transfer to Polignano a Mare for a visit to the historic center. Following this, there will be a street food tour, where you can taste local specialties such as focaccia, panzerotti, burrata, capocollo, and the famous Caffè Speciale. “The Best of Apulia” combines culture and taste in a unique way. Return to the hotel for overnight stay.
Day 3:
After breakfast, we will depart for Ostuni, the famous "white city" named for the lime with which it is painted. We will meet our guide for a thorough visit of the city. Afterwards, we will transfer to a farmhouse where we will visit the olive mill and participate in an extra virgin olive oil tasting, an authentic experience that characterizes our tour “The Best of Apulia” and will make you appreciate the flavors of Puglia even more. Return to the hotel for overnight stay.
Day 4:
After breakfast at the hotel, we will check out and leave for the airport, thus concluding our unforgettable 4-day tour of Puglia.
