Full Description
Set out from Bari for an unforgettable day exploring two gems of Southern Italy, with complete flexibility and without the stress of driving. The first stop is Polignano a Mare, the stunning town perched on a cliff overlooking the Adriatic Sea. Here, you’ll have the entire morning at your leisure: you can explore the narrow streets of the historic center, gaze out from the iconic panoramic terrace s, or head down to the famous Lama Monachile beach. For lunch, you’ll be free to choose from the many restaurants and traditional trattorias, perhaps enjoying a picturesque sea view. In the afternoon, the tour continues to Alberobello, the capital of the trulli and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Once you arrive, you’ll be taken on a fascinating guided tour through the characteristic streets of the historic districts: our guide will reveal the history, architectural secrets, and centuries-old traditions that make this village unique in the world.The tour will end around 5:15 PM, with a return to Bari scheduled for 6:30 PM.
