Once availability is confirmed, you can proceed with the booking directly through our website or with the assistance of our team. We will guide you step by step to complete the procedure.

Of course, we are happy to create tailor-made experiences based on your preferences. Contact us to discuss your needs and we will design a tour that meets your wishes.

Most of our tours include everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. However, we recommend that you bring comfortable clothing, shoes suitable for outdoor activities and sun protection, especially during the summer months. If specific items are required for a particular tour, you will be informed in advance by our team. It is not necessary to print the booking confirmation.

The changes or cancellations can be made by following our booking policies. Please contact us as soon as possible for assistance. The specific conditions vary depending on the type of tour chosen. Please consult the Payments and Cancellations section for more information.

Payments and Cancellations

The list price includes most of the services offered during the tour. However, there may be additional costs for optional activities, entrance fees to sites not included in the package, or extra services such as private transfers. All information on additional costs will be clearly specified at the time of booking or verifiable upon request by our Support Team.

It is not necessary to print the booking confirmation. You can simply show it in digital format on your smartphone or other device. If you prefer to have a paper copy, you can still print it for your convenience.

We accept several payment methods, including credit cards, bank transfer or payment links. More details will be provided at the time of booking.

Yes, if the tour is canceled due to adverse weather conditions and it is not possible to reschedule the date or find a suitable alternative, you will be offered a full refund. Our team will guide you through the refund process quickly and easily.

If the weather forecast is uncertain, we recommend that you contact us the day before the tour to receive updates. We will be able to provide you with the latest information and, if necessary, discuss any alternative plans.

Yes, our tours generally operate in light rain unless conditions become dangerous or uncomfortable for participants. In this case, we recommend wearing appropriate clothing, such as raincoats and water-resistant shoes. For some specific tours, such as boat excursions, the final decision will be made by the captain or guide, based on the safety of the group.
