For two hours, a guide will accompany you through the streets of Polignano a Mare, offering you cinematic views. Savor the foods that have made the region famous worldwide. Taste a coffee variant created by the genius of Mario Campanella, known internationally.
Try the focaccia, one of the most typical specialties of the Apulian tradition. Enjoy the traditional panzerotto with mozzarella and tomato sauce, also available in many variations. Sip a glass of local wine overlooking the sea.
