Description
The tour starts by visiting the main attractions of the old city such as the Basilica of St Nicholas and its precious crypt, the ancient Cathedral of St Sabino and the exterior of the thousand-year-old Swabian Norman Castle.
The tour continues by discovering the modern French side, its monumental waterfront and fish market, its important theatres and luxurious shopping streets.
The tour ends in the typical house of the Nonna, who will reveal the secrets of the renowned orecchiette pasta, teaching us the traditional technique for making them by hand. Over a glass of Primitivo wine, we will cook and taste our orecchiette in an authentic family atmosphere.
