Description
Start your day with a guided tour of the historic center. You will see the most beautiful places in Polignano a Mare, including the terraces on the sea, the churches, and the characteristic alleys with the phrases written on the stairs. You will also taste some of the typical products that have made Puglia famous in the world, such as panzerotti, burrata, wine, and the Caffè Speciale di Polignano.
At the end of this "gastronomic tour" a tuk tuk Ape Calessino will take you on a stroll through coves, beaches, cliffs and Saracen towers. You will travel through the city and then arrive at the beautiful St. Vitus Abbey, built in the 10th century.
From here the day continues with an awe-inspiring boat tour, as you navigate the sea-hewn grottoes of Polignano a Mare. Gaze in wonder at the famous Grotta Palazzese, the alluring Grotta delle Rondinelle, the impassioned Grotta degli Innamorati, the Grotta Ardito, and a host of other vistas that will steal your breath away.
During the boat tour you will also have the opportunity to dive where the sea is the bluest and to have a small aperitif on board to savor the famous Apulian taralli that are driving the world crazy.
