Vespa Escape Puglia officially launches the project with a presentation dedicated to industry operators: tour operators, accommodations, DMC, and other tourism entities. After the presentation, participants will be invited to an educational tour allowing them to directly experience the proposed itinerary.

- Polignano a Mare – Departure and panoramic tour
- Abbey of San Vito – Stop to admire the historic architecture
- Costa Ripagnola – Coastal route between trulli and unspoiled landscapes
- Conversano – Visit to the Aragonese Castle, Cathedral, and historic bakery
- Masseria – Visit to an artisanal dairy and tasting of dairy products
- Monopoli – Walk through the historic center and along the old port
- Peppino Campanella’s Workshop – Return to Polignano with a visit to the glass art atelier
- Return to Polignano a Mare – Conclusion of the tour
