DAY 1
Arrival in Bari and settling into the hotel. Meeting with the guide. Tour of the city's main buildings. In the old city, street food at places of interest for an experience combining culture and taste, in which you will taste cold cuts and cheeses, focaccia and panzerotti.The tour ends in the French part of the city. Return to hotel.
DAY 2
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Altamura. Meeting with guide and tour of the medieval historic center of Altamura and the Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta. Gastronomic experience regarding techniques of bread-making processes and abundant tasting of typical local products at historic bakery. Arrival in Matera and guided tour of the Sassi di Matera, the two historic districts of the city named European Capital of Culture in 2019 and a UNESCO heritage site since 1998. Return to the hotel.
DAY 3
Colazione in Hotel. Visita guidata del borgo medievale e del castello di Conversano. Cooking class di cucina Pugliese in una Villa Storica , con successivo pranzo, per degustare quanto cucinato. Nel pomeriggio, partenza per Alberobello, incontro con la guida. Visita della splendida cittadina famosa in tutto il mondo per i suoi trulli, e per la sua atmosfera fiabesca fuori dal tempo, patrimonio UNESCO. Rientro in hotel.
DAY 4
Breakfast at the hotel. Depart for Castellana Grotte and visit the famous caves of Castellana, on an excursion that will take you to the most beautiful and spectacular underground cavities of karst origin in Italy. Free lunch. Transfer to Polignano a Mare with visit of the impressive sea caves by 7-m boats, accompanied by professional skippers, with aperitif on board. Afterwards, guided tour of the historic center of Polignano. Return to the hotel.
DAY 5
Breakfast at the hotel and departure for Ostuni. Meet the guide and visit the famous "città bianca". Transfer for Masseria and visit to the ancient oil mill with olive oil tasting. Guided tour of the historic center of Locorotondo. Visit of a winery near Locorotondo and tasting of local km 0 wines, produced directly from the vineyard you have just visited. An experience that will make you feel real Apulians and better appreciate this local product. Return to the hotel.
DAY 6
Breakfast, check out and departure to the airport.
