Taste two local wines paired with a starter of your choice, "pasta alla crudaiola" or orecchiette pasta with tomato sauceEverything is accompanied by bombette pugliesi, traditional meatballs from the Itria Valley.
🧀 Cheese-Making Workshop
Discover the art of cheese-making in an artisan workshop. You will taste a selection of formaggi freschi e stagionati: mozzarella, ricottina, caciocavallo e formaggio vaccino stagionato.
🥩 Visita alla Salumeria Tradizionale
Chiudiamo in bellezza con un tour in una salumeria tipica. Degusterai four aged cured meats and two cooked specialties, including the unmistakable capocollo from Martina Franca. A disposable kit is also included to closely observe the production process.
