Description
DAY 1
Arrival at the hotel and check in. Departure for Alberobello, meeting with the guide. Visit to the beautiful town famous throughout the world for its trulli, and its fairy-tale atmosphere out of time. Free lunch. Departure for Locorotondo. Guided tour of the historic center of Locorotondo. Visit of a winery near Locorotondo and tasting of local km 0 wines, produced directly from the vineyard you have just visited. An experience that will make you feel real Apulians and better appreciate this local product. Return to the hotel.
DAY 2
Breakfast at the hotel. Depart for Castellana Grotte and visit the famous caves of Castellana, on an excursion that will take you to the most beautiful and spectacular underground cavities of karst origin in Italy. Free lunch. Transfer to Polignano a Mare, guided tour of the historic center of Polignano with street food tasting. You'll discover focaccia, panzerotti, burrata, capocollo and Caffe Speciale. Return to the hotel.
DAY 3
Breakfast at the hotel and departure for Ostuni. Meet the guide and visit the famous "città bianca". Transfer for Masseria and visit to the ancient oil mill with olive oil tasting. Return to the hotel.
DAY 4
Breakfast at the hotel and departure for the airport.

My wife was 5 month pregnant during this trip. Alessandra made sure to check on my wife multiple times as we walked the downtown historical center. The food that she had us try was delicious. You can tell she’s passionate about her city, her culture and her people. She has a very personal way to share this with her clients. I would highly recommend exploring Monopoli with Alessandra to first time travelers.

She was knowledgeable and entertaining, answering all our questions, and gave us a lot of information about the food and culture of the area. The food and drink that we tasted were genuine specialities of Puglia and we also got recommendations of other places to eat. Would thoroughly recommend this tour.
