Panzerotti, orecchiette and focaccia, are the foods that have made our region famous all over the world. What is amazing, is the simplicity of the ingredients: water and flour are in fact the two main ingredients and common to each of these Apulian specialties.
In our Apulian cooking class you will learn the process for making panzerotti, focaccia, or orecchiette, so you can then cook them at home from wherever in the world you come from. So you can have a little bit of Puglia always with you
Guiding you through this experience are chefs born and raised here in Puglia, who look forward to sharing their knowledge with you, and answering all your curiosities, in their kitchen. Of course, afterwards, get ready to taste and enjoy the products you will have baked. The experience takes place in the town of Conversano.
